Looks like there’s nothing that Taylor Swift can’t do. After she cemented her position as the reigning pop star of the music world, reports suggest that the singer recently met up with the Marvel boss Kevin Feige to discuss an MCU role.
Is Taylor Swift about to join the MCU? Reports suggest that the singer was recently spotted meeting up with the Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige.
If the reports are true, Taylor Swift could play Dazzler. Previously, Taylor was linked with superhero films, especially the highly anticipated Deadpool and Wolverine film.
Currently busy with the European leg of her Eras Tour, Swift apparently took out time to meet up with Kevin. It is being reported that Taylor Swift recently had a “productive discussion with Kevin Feige, and they are discussing a role in the MCU.”
Fan theories on social media suggest that Taylor could have been in talks to pay Dazzler but some reports also suggest that she could be on to something even bigger.
The first rumours around her role in Deadpool and Wolverine saga began when some fans noticed the setting for Deadpool & Wolverine trailer which they thought matched the location of Taylor Swift’s All Too Well music video. The speculation intensified when she was seen with director Shawn Levy and stars Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman at a Kansas City Chiefs game, where Travis Kelce, her beau’s team Kansas City was playing against the New York Jets.
There is however no official word on this.
Also, as per the Comic Book Movie, when Shawn Levy was asked about Taylor’s involvement in the movie, he said, “I’m going across the board. ‘No comment’ because that’s a double whammy. That’s Taylor-related. And it’s MCU-related. I’m no dummy. You’re going to have to wait and see.”
