Surprise! Cardi B and Offset Got Married in September – EBONY

Late congratulations are in order for Cardi B and Offset.
The Invasion of Privacy rapper confirmed on Twitter on Monday that she secretly got married to Migos’ Offset in September 2017.
“There are so many moments that I share with the world and then there are moments that I want to keep for myself,” she tweeted on Monday according to E! News. “Getting married was one of those moments! Our relationship was so new breaking up and making up and we had a lot of growing up to do but we was so in love we didn’t want to lose each other.”
Cardi says that the pair woke up one morning and decided to get married without the frills.
“We found someone to marry us, and she did, just the two of us and my cousin. I said I do, with no dress, no makeup and no ring!”
During last night’s 2018 BET Awards, Offset thanked his “wife” when Migos won Best Group honors.
The pair publicly got engaged in October when Offset popped the question in front of thousands of fans at a Philly Powerhouse concert.
The two are expecting their first child together, a girl, next month.
