The first official poster for ‘Joker: Folie à Deux’ or ‘Joker’ 2, starring Lady Gaga and Joaquin Phoenix, has been unveiled by Warner Bros. The post from Warner Bros. also revealed that the much-anticipated trailer of the upcoming film is set to release next Tuesday, April 9.
The makers of Joker 2 have finally shared an update with fans. On Tuesday, the official social media handles of Warner Bros. dropped the first intriguing poster from the upcoming film, which has now soared fans’ anticipation for the Batman-adjacent sequel. The intriguing poster shows Phoenix’s Joker and Lady Gaga’s Harley Quinn as the villainous duo striking a classic ballroom pose, as they dance under the moonlight. While Joker has donned a three-piece suit, Harley is seen dressed in an off-white slip dress. Both ooze mysterious vibes in their iconic clown makeup.
Along with the poster, Warner Bros also revealed that the trailer of ‘Joker’ 2 will be out on April 9. The update has now built excitement for the much-anticipated film, slated to release on October 4, 2024.
Directed by Todd Phillips’, the upcoming musical psychological thriller is the second instalment in the ‘Joker’ franchise. While Lady Gaga is the fresh addition to the cast, Joaquin Phoenix will play the same part he played in the 2019 original film.
