LADY Gaga has been scrutinized online for how she appears in a recent interview with beauty influencer Nikkie de Jager, aka NikkieTutorials.
Lady Gaga sat down with NikkieTutorials via video chat to discuss life and her forthcoming album, LG7.
The award-winning pop star, 37, wore a chic sleeveless black turtleneck and a rosy makeup look for her on-camera livestream with Nikkie, 30.
Her platinum blonde hair was worn straight, and parted down the middle.
Lady Gaga casually interacted with Nikkie, conversing with her as if they were two old friends.
Although Lady Gaga gave a few deets about her highly-anticipated album during her discussion with the YouTube star, it skipped over many people's heads.
Since the majority of her fans were more concerned about how she looked, rather than what she was saying about her new project.
Some fans thought that the Just Dance singer's face looked a bit rounder than usual.
"Is it me or her face looks a bit swollen," one fan asked on X, fka Twitter.
"[Lady Gaga's] never looked puffier," a second fan agreed.
"1st I didn’t recognize that she was Lady gaga, her face is a little bit swollen…," another admitted.
"Looking botched," a fourth person rudely stated.
Last year on social media, several of her little monsters called out the Born This Way crooner's seemingly changed appearance.
The remarks flooded the internet after the chart-topping songstress displayed her slim face and figure while promoting her makeup line in a TikTok video in May 2023.
Lady Gaga showed off her sculpted jawline and plump pout in the video while wearing a black tank top.
The A Star Is Born star grooved to Princess Diana by Ice Spice and Nicki Minaj as she flaunted the new lip crayons from her makeup collection.
"These NEUTRALS are HOT LIKE THIS RECORD," Lady Gaga captioned her TikTok upload.
"Grrrrrrr…I’m wearing maple matte."
On Reddit, Lady Gaga's fans went wild over her drastically different appearance in a thread on the platform.
One asked in shock, "IS THAT LADY GAGA?!" while another added: "Noooo, I'm choosing denial. That is not Gaga."
A third posted: "Nah I refuse to believe this is Gaga."
Yet another user claimed House Of Gucci actress Lady Gaga now bore a resemblance to singer Miley Cyrus, 31.
"No way. This person looks like if Gaga and Miley had a baby. Why is everyone looking so weird lately?!" they commented.
Others speculated that Lady Gaga has had buccal fat removal – which is a surgery to remove fat from the cheeks – as well as veneers.
