Fortnite Festival Season 2 reveals are finally happening, with Lady Gaga set to become the upcoming season’s icon.
Fortnite Festival launched back in December alongside the debut of Chapter 5 Season 1, as a new playable mode that pays homage to legendary musical games like Rockband.
As part of the hype, The Weeknd headlined the new mode with an in-game concert, and plenty of his notable works also joined in on the fun. His arrival opened the floodgates for more star-studded crossovers, although time will tell who Epic Games would bring in.
Festival Season 2 is set to arrive relatively soon, and another star joins Festival’s musically talented cast — Lady Gaga.
The news came from plenty of reliable sources such as iFireMonkey and ShiinaBR, staples of the Fortnite community.
However, the best confirmation comes from the source herself, as Lady Gaga shared an update to an iconic tweet from 2019, where the singer asked “What’s fortnight?”

Details are still scarce on what to expect from the upcoming collaboration. However, if it’s anything like The Weeknd’s debut, players can expect a myriad of cosmetics and a concert for Lady Gaga, possibly all assembled with a special Festival event.
Fortnite Festival Season 2 is expected to arrive with patch 28.30, which will supposedly be the final update of the season before Chapter 5 Season 2 starts.
