After six weeks of feverish anticipation for Taylor Swift’s mammoth “Eras Tour” concert film, due for a Friday global release, the pop deity offered a surprise for fans, dropping the film in theaters a day early due to “overwhelming demand.” The silver screen extension of Swift’s record-breaking “Eras Tour” — which commandeered MetLife Stadium for three nights back in May — instead landed in Jersey theaters Thursday night, drawing some Swifties willing to rearrange their schedules.
