Cardi B recently released her second capsule collection with Reebok.
According to HypeBae, the collection is called “Let Me Be… In My World,” and is inspired by the former “Love & Hip-Hop” star’s hard-knock life growing up in the Bronx, NY.
“I was so happy to see the love for my first Reebok apparel collection so I’m really excited to introduce this one. This NYC-inspired collection features some of my favorite pieces to wear — from corsets to tracksuits to fly kicks, all inspired by my time and love of New York,” the rapper said in a statement.
This partnership with the sneaker and apparel company is just the latest “money move” made by the woman born Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar. Cardi B has certainly come a long way from her days as a Vine star (where she first coined the phrase “a hoe never gets cold”). According to Celebrity Net Worth, she’s got $40 million reasons to be okurrrr with how things are going in her life. And, we certainly stan a woman who’s getting her money while being her authentic self.
But believe it or not, despite “Bodak Yellow” shattering all kinds of records on YouTube, her money comes from other ventures outside of music. Let’s take a look at what those ventures entail.

Cardi B has said that she has an affinity for fashion, but prior to becoming famous, they didn’t want to work with her.
“A lot of designers, they did tell me no,” she said to HNHH (via Billboard). “They didn’t really wanna work with me. I said to myself, you know what, I’m gonna buy their pieces until they wanna work with me… I’m gonna prove to them that I’m a fashion f—ing icon.”
And prove it, she did. In addition to cultivating unique capsules with Reebok, Cardi B has worked with Balenciaga, Fashion Nova, Marc Jacobs, and Tom Ford.
While Cardi B has had bit parts in “F9: The Fast Saga” and “Being Mary Jane,” her breakthrough role came with “Hustlers,” where she played Diamond.
Jennifer Lopez told The Hollywood Reporter that the former “Love & Hip-Hop” star was made for the role.
“She’s such a natural at what she does,” she said. “This was so suited to her. She really knew this world and I told her, ‘You just have to be the person that you were when I first started looking at you on Instagram. That girl, that’s the girl that we need.’ And she was like, ‘OK.’ She knew exactly what to do.”
Throughout her career, Cardi B has received various endorsements from various companies. Her most famous endorsement was for Pepsi soda — a commercial for which you can see below.

She’s also done commercials for UberEats and Rap Snacks.
Recently, Cardi B has been trying her hand at producing. According to her IMDb page, she’s the executive producer of both the Netflix series “Rhythm + Flow,” and of the series “Cardi Tries” (which also has Debbie Allen as an executive producer).
