According to Wealthy Gorilla, Nicki Minaj, 37 made her first music in 2004 where she was contracted with the group Full Force for 6 months. Her first mix-tape was released in 2007 and soon after, in 2008, her second mix-tape was published.
In 2009, Nicki Minaj’s big break came when Lil Wayne offered her a contract with his company Young Money Entertainment. Promptly, Minaj was featured in multiple songs with other Young Money artists.

Her album Bodak Yellow hit US Billboard Hot 100 chart and had made her the fifth female rapper to ever lead the Hot 100.
Cardi B has since then worked with many famous singers such as Selena Gomez, Nicki Minaj, G-Easy, Bruno Mars, Bad Bunny, Maroon 5, and many more.
The Bang Bang singer won many awards; from American Music Awards (2011), BMI Awards (2012) to People’s Choice Awards for being the favorite Hip-Hop artist in 2013, and YouTube Music Awards for 50 Artists to Watch in 2015.
Cardi B was nominated for ‘Best New Artist’ in 2017 and was number 1 on Hot 100 Chart for her song Bodak Yellow.

But of course, we can’t underestimate Cardi B. Although, she released 1 solo album, 2 solo mixtapes, 27 singles, and 14 music videos, Forbes and TecroNet reported that her net worth as of 2020 is $80 million. She’s almost as close to Minaj’s worth and undoubtedly, it won’t take her long to reach the 100 mark as well. She’s now married to rapper Offset, 28, and has a daughter named Kulture Kiari Cephus.
