Ariana Grande seems like a romantic and I wonder if not being able to post about her boyfriend on Valentine’s Day bothered her. The reason she couldn’t post is obvious: he’s still married. And apparently in mediation with his ex, which Us Weekly is exclusively reporting. So a source went to Us just in time for a Valentine’s Day scoop. 
Besides the relationship and new music, Ariana is also starting to make the rounds for Wicked. If the Super Bowl was a preview of the press tour, Ariana and Cynthia Erivo will be paired together which fits the film. But I can imagine there’s all kinds of talk about how to deal with the gossip. Let’s look at this roster: besides Ariana and Cynthia, there’s Jonathan Bailey, Academy Award winner Michelle Yeoh, Bowen Yang, Jeff Goldblum – all marquee names who are great with press. No shade to Ethan as I know he is an accomplished Broadway star, but without the Ariana affair angle he is not name like those names.

Page Six is reporting that Bradley Cooper purchased an estate in Pennsylvania that is close to Yolanda Hadid’s farm (she is Gigi’s mother). Yolanda created a homebase for the family (Vogue wrote about it in 2020) and Gigi and Bella spend a lot of their downtime there. If the report is accurate, this might be a big step in the relationship. It could also be less about his romantic life and more about his roots. He is from Pennsylvania so having a place there makes sense. Even if he didn’t purchase it to be closer to Gigi, it still bodes well for their relationship. They both like spending time on a farm in Pennsylvania, which speaks to their long-term compatibility.

OK so remember yesterday how I said Valentine’s Day is about record keeping? Last we saw, Lupita Nyong’o was with Joshua Jackson. Yesterday she posted a music video with Brent Faiyaz. They have chemistry. Like, a lot of chemistry. She’s an actress and that is her job but I am kind of sort of wondering if this is a launch.

The Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade Instagram watch continues (and the comments are on – they know people are watching!). They didn’t skip Valentine’s Day, she posted an elevator video and he reposted in his stories. It’s not romantic in the traditional sense but it is showing love. Whatever happened, or didn’t happen, they are making it clear that they are together.
