The character of Blonde Phantom first appeared in issue 11 of All Select Comics. Louise Grant, the real identity of Blonde Phantom, was the secretary to a private investigator.
She assumed her secret identity to help her boss solve crimes, demonstrating great skill in hand-to-hand combat and investigative abilities.
