Taylor Swift’s tour schedule was taken into account during the drafting of the upcoming NFL season, but not in the way some conspiracy theorists believe.
Check this out: Taylor’s boyfriend and his Kansas City Chiefs are playing the Bills in Buffalo on November 17th, which is right in the middle of Taylor’s six-date run in nearby Toronto.
Because of this, there are people out there who think the NFL actually engineered the schedule so that Taylor could make it to that game, and possibly others.
It’s not true. But here’s what the NFL DID do:
Taylor’s tour will take her to the stadiums where the Dolphins, Saints, and Colts play this fall…so the league had to make sure those teams were all on the road on those dates.
It’ll be interesting to see how many games Taylor makes it to, and the affect it has on the known universe.
