Happy First Monday in May!!! Ah, yes, The Met Gala is upon us once again with a killer theme, great hosts and what's promised to be an A+ night of online discourse. Hosted by Zendaya (and some others, but who cares really) the theme of "The Garden of Time" celebrating the opening of the "Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion" exhibit will be the only thing anyone is talking about tonight – especially fresh off the heels of a STAR STUDDED weekend at the Kentucky Derby, F1 in Miami and the Roast of Tom Brady. WHAT A KICKOFF TO SPRING!
All that aside, we all know that the only thing anyone cares about is whether or not Taylor Swift will be there. Conflicting reports for the last two weeks, and her tour starting back up is Paris on Thursday have had us almost losing hope….until this statement from Anna herself. "I hope she comes and enjoys the night" ???? Anna, YOU MAKE THE GUEST LIST! You put everyone at table assignments! SURELY you know whether or not she'll be there!! To be honest, I figured Taylor wasn't going to go at all. My hopes were already down. But now….do I need to put my clown nose back on? Will this actually be her first red carpet appearance…WITH TRAVIS?
I'll be anxiously waiting from my couch…or maybe I'll walk across the park and get a glimpse with my own eyes….
