Bucks is good enough for celebs – it must be the best place to live
Buckinghamshire is famous for many things, from Bletchley Park to being one of the most filmed counties, from Milton Keynes shopping centres to the Chiltern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
One thing that may not be so well known, is the amount of celebrities that have connections with the county.
Whether they were raised, grew up, or moved here later on in life – there are a number of big time celebrities that connect to Bucks.

From TV presenters to world famous singers, Buckinghamshire has seen it all.
Here are the top celebrities that have had some history in Bucks and what they are up to now:
Leigh-Anne Pinnock: The Little Mix star was born and raised in High Wycombe. She also went to school at the Sir William Ramsay School in Hazlemere.
On August 16 2021, the singer gave birth to twins not long before bandmate Perrie Edwards who welcomed her first child into the world.
Little Mix recently announced a new album 'Between Us' to mark their 10-year anniversary of the girl's formation – they will begin touring again in 2022.
James Corden: The talented actor, comedian, singer, writer, producer and TV host grew up in the large village of Hazlemere. He attended Jackie Palmers Stage School in High Wycombe.
He is best-known for his role as Smithy in the comedy series Gavin and Stacey, which he wrote with his friend.
He is also very well known for being the host on his late-night talk show 'The Late Late Show With James Corden' in the United States.
Howard Jones: The Welsh musician, singer, and songwriter was born in Southampton, but spent his early years in High Wycombe where he attended the Royal Grammar School.
Between 1983 and 1986, he had ten singles in the top 40 hit singles in the UK, six of which that reached the top – including "What is Love?", "Things Can Only Get Better", and "New Song".
At the end of July 2021, he performed at the retro Let's Rock Liverpool where he sung many of his classics.
Dominic Raab: The British Politician grew up in Gerrards Cross and attended Dr Challoner's Grammar School in Amersham.
He is currently serving as First Secretary of State and Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs in which he started in 2019.
He has been a Member of Parliament for Esher and Walton since 2010 – he is also a member on the Conservative Party.
Cheryl Cole: Now officially Cheryle Tweedy – singer, dancer and television personality, Cheryl has made her home in Bucks in the large village of Chalfont St. Peter.
She rose to fame in the pop girl group Girls Aloud in the early 2000s – she started her solo career while still in the girl group.
She had a son with Liam Payne from One Direction in 2017 while they were together from 2016 to 2018.
Liam Payne: The One Direction singer has a rented home in Chalfont St. Peter, likely to see his son that he had with Cheryl.
He became famous after forming the famous boy band One Direction on The X Factor in 2010.
Payne is back with his ex-fiancée Maya Henry and have moved in together at the start of August 2021.
Ozzy Osbourne: The English singer, songwriter and television personality has a home in Jordans – a village in Chalfont St Giles parish in Bucks.
He is best-known for being the lead vocalist of the heavy metal band Black Sabbath in the 1970s where he adopted the name "Prince of Darkness".
In 2020 he revealed he has Parkinson's disease so he had to postpone his solo tour until 2022.
Jack Garratt: He is an English singer, songwriter and composer from Little Chalfont in Buckinghamshire.
The High Wycombe-born singer released his debut studio album Phase in 2016 after being introduced on BBC Three Counties Radio in 2012.
Most recently he released his second album, Love Death and Dancing, in 2020.
Mel B: Also known as Melanie Brown, the singer, songwriter, actress and TV personality once lived in Little Marlow.
She is nicknamed 'Scary Spice' when she rose to fame in the 1990s as a member of the girl group Spice Girls.
Most recently, she appeared as a contestant on the second series of The Masked Singer.
Fern Britton: The television presenter and author lived in Holmer Green and grew up in Little Chalfont where she attended Dr Challoner's High School – she is no stranger to Bucks.
She has co-presented Breakfast Time in the 1980s, and then hosted Ready Steady Cook between 1994 and 2000. For 10 years she presented ITV's This Morning programme from 1999 to 2009.
She is currently living in Cornwall after splitting from her husband after 20 years of marriage at the start of 2020.
