Taylor Swift was seen partying without her boyfriend Travis Kelce, but according to a body language expert, she seemed to be on her "best behavior".
The Shake It Off singer surprised party-goers with a low-key appearance at a dive bar on Thursday to celebrate a friend's birthday. Even though her NFL star boyfriend was not present, the singer was reportedly displaying some very "Kelce-friendly" body language.
Body language expert Judi James analysed the images and footage and said Taylor was clearly spending her night out with friends looking "loyally low-key and subdued rather than in party mode".
Judi continued her analysis: "Sitting at the table, swamped by what seems to be an un-sexy baggy sweatshirt, Taylor shows no signs of showing off her star status. She sits low in her seat with her arms under the table, looking as though she's on her best behaviour."
"She even seems to be studying something that could be her phone screen, hinting that perhaps she is in contact with Travis while she's out with the girls."
Reports suggest that Taylor wasn't disturbed by fans during her time with pals at Barney's Beanery in Los Angeles. It's understood that Taylor's security detail chose to wait outside the eatery, rather than joining her at the table, likely as part of her attempts to maintain a low profile.
She reportedly lingered for about two hours before leaving the venue. At this juncture, it is believed one of her bodyguards entered and settled the bill on her behalf.
Taylor's unexpected visit didn't go unnoticed online. A fan posted a photo from inside the restaurant on X/ Twitter, captioning it: "The chances of Taylor Swift being at Barney's Beanery are slim, but never zero."
Although Travis wasn't seen at the gathering, it's believed he and Taylor remain very much in love. The couple were recently seen getting cosy during a beach getaway and now that the football season has concluded and Taylor is taking a break from touring, they're said to be enjoying plenty of quality time together.
