Lady Gaga and Joaquin Phoenix’s highly anticipated Joker: Folie à Deux, is expected to drop first trailer this month.
In a post made in February by movie director Todd Phillip, he revealed the first look into Joker and Harley Quinn as he shared that the trailer is expected to come out in mid-April.
Now as the day nears, it is revealed that the trailer may be released earlier than expected.
According to an insider Daniel Richtman and TrailerTrack hinted that the teaser will screen during Warner Bros.’ CinemaCon panel on Tuesday, April 9.
“Update: The first JOKER 2 trailer will be unveiled for everyone during the Warner Bros. #CinemaCon panel on April 9th. #Joker2. Also…not an April Fool’s Joke. Promise”, the social media post read.
Screening ‘additional footage’ was also hinted at by the teaser tracker as he noted, “We’re being told that an official trailer will debut online and additional footage will be screened during the panel”.
For those unversed, Cinema Con is an annual event that showcases film industry information, inclusive of upcoming movies, announcements and screenings. The 2024 studio occasion will take place at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas from April 8-11.
