Cardi B released her new single “Enough (Miami)” on Friday (March 15), and ever since, her fans have been buying and streaming the cut. Recently, though, they’ve seemingly stepped up their efforts to make the tune as big of a hit as they can on next week’s Billboard charts.
As of the time of writing, nine different versions of “Enough (Miami)” appear on the U.S. iTunes chart. The sales of all of them will be combined into one charting entity by Billboard, so the more copies the title can sell across all its varieties, the better for the rapper.
At present, two versions of “Enough (Miami)” sit inside the top 10 on the ranking of the bestselling tracks in America on iTunes. The original cut appears at No. 3. The traditional take has been the most popular since its arrival, and it’s been bouncing around the highest reaches of the top 10 for days.
A recently-released sped up remix of the track is also now living inside the loftiest tier on the iTunes chart. The quick take on “Enough (Miami)” is up to No. 8, jumping more than 20 spaces to reach the top 10.
Just below the top 10, three versions of “Enough (Miami)” sit side-by-side. Up to No. 12 is the slowed down edition, while the a cappella and another, slightly different sped-up take appear at Nos. 13 and 14, respectively.
Five more “Enough (Miami)” copies land inside the top 40 on iTunes, at least as of the time of publishing. They include tweaked takes on the original, the slowed down, the a cappella and an instrumental are all present in the region as well. Sometimes, these doubles can be because artists offer them in clean and explicit versions, while in other instances, this odd showing takes place because a song is available both on its own and as part of an album or EP.
While the original “Enough (Miami)” has been selling well for several days now, many of these versions are very much on the rise. Four of the nine takes of the tune jump more than 20 spaces at once, which shows a collective effort among a large group of people to push them up the iTunes chart.
All these sales of the many editions of the rap track will almost certainly make it a big hit on the Billboard charts. “Enough (Miami)” is likely headed for the upper reaches of the Hot 100 in a few days. It’s also bound to debut high on the Digital Song Sales chart, and it may bring Cardi back to the summit on the Rap Digital Song Sales tally, where her other track “Like What (Freestyle)” is currently still in charge.
