Travis Kelce performs onstage during 2024 Big Slick Celebrity Weekend on June 1, 2024, in Kansas City, Mo.
Travis Kelce has lived it up at Lake Tahoe’s annual celebrity golf tournament for years. But on Thursday, his newfound fame as the world’s most famous boyfriend helped him win a new crown.
Kelce won a karaoke competition at the American Century Championship on Thursday night, one day before the actual golf is set to begin. He dedicated the victory to girlfriend Taylor Swift.
Kelce earned the victory by belting out Whitesnake’s rock ballad “Here I Go Again.” In a performance that lasted over four and a half minutes, Kelce truly sang his voice off, sounding hoarse by the end of the karaoke song performed with a live band backing him up.

Kelce was on stage but in the background when he was announced as the winner of the competition. Upon winning, he hugged the man he was chatting with before grabbing the microphone and sending a message to Swift: “Taylor, this is for you.”
Of course, Kelce has never been afraid of the microphone or the stage, and especially not recently. He joined Swift on stage in London last month, helping act out a skit during one of her new songs. Kelce also broke out into an off-the-cuff rendition of Elvis Presley’s “Viva Las Vegas” after the Chiefs beat the 49ers in overtime in the Super Bowl in February.

The younger Kelce brother has become an annual fixture at the Lake Tahoe event, with 2024 marking his fifth tournament. While Swift won’t be joining as she plays more Eras Tour dates in Italy, Travis is being joined by big brother Jason; the recently retired offensive lineman is playing in the American Century Championship for the first time.
The Kelce brothers, who also co-host the popular “New Heights” podcast, have been the buzziest celebrities in Tahoe so far. In addition to Travis taking home the karaoke crown, Jason won the longest drive competition on Thursday.
Travis and Jason Kelce will play in a group together on Friday with WWE star The Miz, teeing off at 9:42 a.m. from the first hole.
