“We have partnered with No Kid Hungry for over ten years to help raise money and awareness to support their fight against childhood hunger in America,” said Williams Sonoma President Felix Carbullido. “We are grateful to our celebrity and influencer partners, customers, vendors, and colleagues whose generous participation in our ‘Tools for Change’ campaign has had a tremendous impact on the success of our fundraising efforts over the years.”
“For a decade, the ‘Tools for Change’ spatulas have been housed in kitchens nationwide, a true testament to the power of our partnership with Williams Sonoma. Most important, by helping to fund more kids getting school breakfast and summer meals, they’ve had an incredible impact toward ending childhood hunger together,” said Billy Shore, founder and executive chair of Share Our Strength, the organization behind the No Kid Hungry campaign. “As we celebrate 10 years of this initiative, we have so much gratitude to Williams Sonoma and its customers and the celebrity artists who play a critical role in inspiring more people each year to get involved. Together, we can ensure all kids have the ‘tools’ to thrive and food they need to grow up healthy and strong.”
Celebrity spatula designers Cameron Diaz and Terry Crews also commented:
“When kids are nourished, they’re healthier, better able to learn and be their best selves in every aspect of life. That’s why I’m joining No Kid Hungry and Williams Sonoma to ensure the 1 in 5 kids in the U.S. living with hunger have that same opportunity.” – Cameron Diaz
“Food is such a powerful thing. It provides us with the strength and fuel to reach our full potential each day and can truly change a child’s trajectory in life. It’s unacceptable to me that millions of kids are living with hunger so I’m proud to use my voice and do my part by teaming up with No Kid Hungry and Williams Sonoma to create change for all kids.” – Terry Crews
