Where will ‘The Eras Tour’ be streaming? Taylor Swift concert film reaches exclusive deal – The Arizona Republic

You don’t have to go “Back to December,” it’s Christmas all year round for Swifities as Taylor Swift keeps dishing out surprises.
The latest — following her announcement at the Grammys of a new album called “The Tortured Poets Department” being released on April 19 — is that “The Eras Tour” film has finally found a home on a streaming platform.
Are you feeling like “The Lucky One” yet? Well, this version of “The Eras Tour” film will show the entire concert, including the song “Cardigan” from the album “Folklore” and four additional songs from the acoustic section.
Those songs will likely be “I Can See You,” “Death by A Thousand Cuts,” “Maroon” and “You Are In Love.”
The movie is set to be available to stream starting March 15.

Here’s how you can be a “Girl At Home” and enjoy “Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour (Taylor’s Version)” from the comfort of your couch.
Yes. “Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour” was filmed during the 2023 leg of Swift’s sixth headlining concert tour, which started off in Glendale, Arizona, which was fittingly renamed Swift City from March 17-18 to honor the launch of the tour.
The movie was filmed during her first three stops in Los Angeles from Aug. 3-5, 2023, at SoFi Stadium.
Currently, you can rent “Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour: The Extended Version” on Amazon Prime Video, YouTube TV, Apple TV+, Vudu, Xfinity and Google Play for $19.89. This version has the songs “Long Live,” “The Archer” and “Wildest Dreams,” which were not shown in theaters.
“Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour (Taylor’s Version)” will be streaming at no additional charge on Disney+ starting March 15.
The basic plan for Disney+ starts at $7.99 a month, and the ad-free premium plan is $13.99 per month. There are also options to bundle with Hulu and ESPN+ for a slightly higher monthly fee.

“Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour (Taylor’s Version)” will exclusively be on Disney+, according to an announcement made by Disney CEO Bob Iger. So, if you are hoping to watch the movie on Netflix, you’re out of luck and should probably switch streaming platforms.
Swift called her tour The Eras Tour because she ends up singing (almost) all 10 of her albums during the over three-hour performance. From “Speak Now” and “Red” to “Reputation” and “Midnights” there’s a lot of ground to cover. Each album is supposed to be reminiscent of a different “era” in Swift’s life and discography.

The film itself is PG-13. As for the concert, fans from ages eight to 80 attended, so The Eras Tour is enjoyable for all ages. However, if you are under the age of thirteen, check the concert venue rules, as you may need to attend with an adult.
