As expected, Cardi B stole the limelight as she touched down in her home city of New York to attend Marc Jacobs’ highly-anticipated Fall/Winter 2024 runway show.
Putting flower power on a pedestal, the hip-hop hitmaker put on another one of her show-stopping ensembles for Marc Jacobs’ FW24 show, underling her position as a cultural marker when it comes to grabbing the media’s attention. Working a treat, Cardi B was captured in a plethora of backstage snaps, including a shot with the man (Marc Jacobs) himself, posting up in a custom Marc Jacobs feather songbird dress that utilised purple and yellow lily flower-like ruffles across its entirety, whilst gold and yellow feathers instilled some additional texture. Keeping things colour coordinated, Cardi opted for a pair of knitted yellow tights and a pair of chunky white leather high-heels.
