Travis Kelce made a surprise appearance on stage during girlfriend Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour at Wembley Stadium on Tuesday evening, with one fan claiming to know what they said to each other
Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce made a surprise appearance on stage with his pop star girlfriend Taylor Swift during her Eras Tour performance at Wembley, leaving fans stunned.
The NFL star showed off his theatrical side by donning a top hat and tails to join Swift's act for her 'I Can Do It With a Broken Heart' hit earlier this week. In a dramatic moment, Kelce swept the seemingly weary singer off her feet and carried her to a chair, fanning her as she pretended to faint before giving her an encouraging pep talk to continue the show.
Although their exchange was not audible to the audience, an eagle-eyed lip reader on Instagram known as @tismejackieg , claims to have deciphered their silent conversation. According to the lip reader, Kelce's words were a rallying cry: "Wake up, wake up! " as he made his entrance.
Swift's playful response to Kelce's motivational words was reportedly, "I don't want to! " which led to a back-and-forth between the two, with Kelce urging, "You get back out there!" until Swift eventually sprang back into action to carry on with her performance.

As rumours swirl around Travis Kelce's potential retirement from the NFL, ESPN's Pat McAfee firmly believes that his girlfriend Taylor Swift could inspire him to extend his sporting career. McAfee voiced on his show: "I think Taylor motivates him to continue to go."
"I think he watches her do her thing, and he goes: 'Holy s***, she sells out stadiums in every city around the entire world, she continues to make bangers, she's hands-on in everything.' He probably thinks, 'Yes, this is exactly who I need to be around.'".
"Because, you know they say you are the company you keep, and the company he's keeping is taking over the world, pretty much, in an industry that I don't think she was supposed to take over as fast as she certainly did."
Speaking of the couple's relationship, McAfee further commended the Chiefs' star for showing solid support for Swift's music by attending her London gig. "Once again…I can't help but feel a phenomenal sense of pride," McAfee shared. "None of the other bums Taylor has been with would ever be this prepared and poised in front of 90,000 people while wearing that costume."
