The hits keep coming for Diddy! But is Lady GaGa involved with the latest one?
On Friday, NewsNation reported that the powerhouse law firm Grubman, Shire, Meiselas & Sacks — who represents some of the biggest names in Hollywood — dropped the disgraceful rapper recently amid the sexual assault lawsuits and sex trafficking investigation. It supposedly was not because they wanted to in light of the disturbing accusations, though. An insider told the outlet that a very powerful celebrity client pressured them to either cut ties with Diddy or she would leave. Who is the female A-Lister? GaGa! The source said:
“Lady Gaga said she was leaving (the firm) if they didn’t drop Diddy.”

Diddy has been with the firm for more than two decades and was friends with attorney Allen Grubman. In fact, they were so close the Bad Boy Records founder often visited the lawyer’s house whenever in the Hamptons. However, their friendship was not going to stop the firm from choosing to keep Lady GaGa over him! As the NewsNation source put it:
“She’s too big to lose.”
Whoa! Is this really true? Well, the music mogul did get dropped from the law firm. That is correct! But the claim about the Born This Way singer is the reason? That isn’t! A spokesperson for the law firm shut down the rumor to Page Six on Saturday, saying:
“The decision to part ways with Mr. Combs was proactively made by the partners in the firm a number of months ago as they felt it was the right thing to do.”
The outlet noted Diddy was dropped at least eight weeks ago due to the nature and amount of allegations against him. The spokesperson added:
“The report that the decision was the result of client pressure just isn’t true.”
An insider who knows Lady GaGa also backed the statement from the law firm, simply noting:
“That convo never happened.”
