TAYLOR Swift fans noticed Travis Kelce's awkward reaction to being asked a question about the music icon during a podcast appearance.
The Kansas City Chiefs star, 34, appeared on this week's episode of Barstool Sports' Bussin' With the Boys' podcast.
During one sequence, Kelce spoke about his favorite Swift songs with co-hosts Will Compton and Taylor Lewan.
The latter personality thought Karma from the 14-time Grammy winner's 2022 Midnights Album was one of her best songs.
However, Compton asked Kelce, "Karma is [about] Gyllenhaal, right?"
He referenced Hollywood actor Jake Gyllenhaal, who Swift dated for a brief time in 2010.
"Was it Jake? Am I wrong?"
Kelce quickly dodged the question, replying, "What happened?"
Lewan then told Compton that when Swift started dating the NFL tight end, she changed the lyrics to, "Karma is the guy on the Chiefs coming straight home to me," during a Buenos Aires which he also attended.
Compton then asked if the lyrics on the song originally referred to actor Joe Alwyn, who was reportedly referenced in the song as he was dating Swift at the time.
"It was," Keply answered while also emphasizing the last word.
Swift fans on X were quick to point out that Kelce was seemingly caught off guard by the topic concerning his girlfriend's relationship history.
"The way he handled that nonsense was great tbh," one wrote.
"This is all a joke to him lol," another commented.
"I felt a bit angry at first, but then I started giggling with Trav," a third stated.
Kelce did recall the concert where the Karma lyric change first happened.
"I was like, ‘Oh, s–t,'" the three-time Super Bowl champion recalled.
Swift and Kelce began dating last summer.
Travis Kelce was asked about his relationship with Taylor Swift during an interview with Good Morning America.
But the Kansas City Chiefs tight end gave a cagey response.
"When you have good family and friends around you, it makes that aspect of life that much easier," Kelce told GMA.
"I've always been a very grounded guy. It might not come off that way when I'm playing football.
"But off the field, I just want to be a genuine person. I try not to get too far down the road.
"Because you never know what opportunities are going to present themselves."
The duo confirmed their romance when she attended one of the Pro Bowler's games in September.
Their relationship came after nearly six months since Swift split from Alwyn, whom she dated for over six years.
