The Poker Face songstress, 38, was seen with an apparent baby bump as she sported a figure-fitting gown in The Sun's exclusive images.

Aged 32, Manhattan-born Natali is six years younger than the House Of Gucci star, and the pair have always shared a close bond.
Lady Gaga donned a black sleeveless frock that clung to her curves as she performed Maid Of Honour duties for her younger sibling.
Yet, while the newlywed might not have the profile of her big sister, she is famous in her own right.
Natali is a fashion designer and stylist.
She graduated from the Parsons School of Design in New York City and Born This Way songstress Gaga was quick to bring her on board with her own projects.
Showing her support for her sibling's skills, Natali worked as a stylist on set for the film A Star Is Born, in which Lady Gaga played the lead role.
Natali also featured in Lady Gaga's music video for Telephone, featuring fellow US singer Beyonce.
She has also collaborated with Gaga on a Monster High doll for Mattel.
Lady Gaga made sure to mention her sibling in an emotional speech at the 2019 Oscars.
She dubbed Natali “her soulmate” after her then-split from Christian Carino.
In her speech, Lady Gaga said: “To my sister, my soulmate, I love you.
"My family is here, I love you mom and dad.
“Bradley [Bradey Cooper, her co-star], there is not a single person on this planet that could have sung this song with me but you."

LADY Gaga has been spotted with a bump while celebrating her sister Natali Germanotta’s wedding in York, Maine.
The singer sparked pregnancy rumors with boyfriend Michael Polansky when she appeared to have a bump while wearing a form-fitting black dress at the rehearsal dinner on Friday, May 31 in exclusive photos obtained by The U.S. Sun.
The pop star continued to fuel rumors when she walked down the aisle in a flowing dress for the wedding ceremony on Saturday.
Gaga was glowing as she celebrated her sister’s special day alongside her close family and partner Michael.
Guests arrived shortly before 3pm for the ceremony, which overlooked the Atlantic Ocean and lasted 30 minutes. Gaga was seen adjusting Natali’s veil and train during the ceremony.
The A Star is Born actress was wearing a massive diamond ring on her engagement finger and appeared to be loving towards her partner for the big day, The U.S. Sun can confirm.
The pregnancy rumors come after Lady Gaga has been covering up her stomach recently. For the Gaga Chromatic Ball Los Angeles movie premiere at the end of May, she wore a white dress with a car part molded to cover her stomach.
Just last week, she posted Instagram photos in a black Alexander McQueen design that had draping over her belly.
Lady Gaga, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, and the tech CEO were first linked in early 2020.
Lady Gaga sparked engagement rumors in April when she was spotted wearing a diamond ring on her left hand.
This would be Lady Gaga’s first child.
She then added: "Thank you for believing in us. Thank you so much."
The rumour mill has been in overdrive after The Sun's images revealed Lady Gaga's appearance at the nuptials.
While this has sparked speculation that the hitmaker is pregnant with her first child, neither she nor her boyfriend Michael Polansky have spoken out.
She attended the rehearsal dinner at the ViewPoint Hotel, in York, Maine, where the outdoor wedding was also held.
After donning a black dress for the former, she switched to a light peach dress and matching arm-length gloves for the ceremony itself.
She was seen talking with boyfriend Michael, 46, as he looked dapper in a black suit and a flower attached to his jacket lapel.
The duo were all smiles as they celebrated the special moment in the sunshine.
