Cardi B is clearing the air after she failed to remember the name of the designer who created her 2024 Met Gala dress. During an interview with Vogue, the rapper said that her “amazing” dress designer was “Asian and everything.” The former director of Vogue, Gilbert Cheah, responded to that clip saying “The designer of her gown is Sensen Lii who’s Chinese… [she] should have at least remembered his name and not just that he’s ‘Asian.’” Watch the full video to see Cardi’s justification.
