Many former teammates and celebrities were in attendance, but Tom Brady also had a good time
Tom Brady was roasted on Netflix and everybody took a shot at the legendary New England Patriots quarterback, but that did not prevented him from taking shots on his own.
During the show, one of the funniest moments was when Tom Brady started talking about the teams and cities he went up against in his career and it was obvious he was going to talk about the Kansas City Chiefs.
The future Hall of Famer did not waste any time to take a shot at one of the current team leaders and their fans and, while he was there, he also took a shot of all of the Taylor Swift fans.
“Kansas City, you say your stadium is the loudest? It helps when your fans are 14 year old girls,” he said, but he was not done there.
“And in honor of Tay Tay, lets take a look of the Chiefs eras; terrible for 50 years, goo for five, shake it off,” making clear he meant that ever since Kansas Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce started dating Taylor Swift, things got better for the franchise.
Even though Tom Brady did not have a great record against the Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium, it never seemed to rattle him, specially towards the end of his career. Everybody remembers the 2018 matchup.
They met at Arrowhead, for the American Football Conference title, in which Kansas City got back in the game after losing 14-0 at halftime. After that, it was a wild up and down game. Things went to overtime, and in the first series, Brady led the Patriots to securing a win finishing the game 37-31 and then won Super Bowl LIII.
Brady went 8-5 in his career against the Chiefs in 13 total games as a starter with 20 touchdown passes and 12 interceptions.
