Cardi B confirmed breakup rumors while on Instagram Live today (Dec. 11).
After social media learned that she unfollowed Offset last week, the “Up” rapper revealed that she’s “been single for a minute now.”
Additionally, the married couple’s news comes on the heels of Set being accused by Blueface of cheating with reality star Chrisean Rock — which Cardi doesn’t believe.
During the IG Live session, Cardi revealed her relationship status and downplayed rumors of her husband being intimate with the Zeus Network star. “I don’t know if y’all have been getting clues from me from my Live, I mean… or from my Instagram Stories, where I put certain music. When it comes to events and stuff, I don’t think it’s true, I don’t care to find out because I have been single for a minute now,” she said.
The mother-of-two added, “I have been afraid to- not afraid, but I just don’t know how to tell the world. I feel like today has been like a sign. The last time I got on Live I kind of wanted to tell you but I didn’t know how to tell you so I changed my mind.” Cardi also noted that next year will be her best year yet.
As far as the former Migos and Crazy In Love rapper, allegations were made by Blueface on X that Offset had slept with Chrisean Rock in November. Offset vehemently denied the claims, responding to the “Thotiana” rhymer, “I ain’t never talk or touch that lady. Real Talk man you need some help!”

Last week, the public caught wind of the couple unfriending each other on Instagram after posting cryptic messages.
Things appeared to be fine a day prior, when Cardi B posted images from her runway debut at the Balenciaga show, inspiring her husband to leave a ton of heart-eye emojis under her post. However, the rappers both took to their Instagram Stories on Monday (Dec. 4) with conflicting posts.
Cardi wrote in one story, “You know when you just out grow relationships,” and “I’m tired of protecting peoples feelings…I GOTTA PUT MYSELF FIRST” in another. Offset also took to his Story with the infamous scene from Scarface, where Tony Montana says the infamous line, “Hey F**k you man! Who put this thing together? Me. That’s who. Who do I trust? Me.”
