LOGAN – The Family Place Utah is thrilled to announce an extraordinary Blue Ribbon Benefit event to be held on April 13th at the Riverwoods Conference Center in Logan. This event is held in April, Family Strengthening Month, to help bring awareness of ways families can strengthen their families.
This event features exclusive memorabilia to be auctioned. According to a press release about the event this week, a signed and authenticated guitar by 14-time Grammy Winner with 11 charts breaking #1 Hits, pop icon, Taylor Swift herself will be available. Also to be included is a signed and authenticated guitar from 4-time Grammy Winner and 14 #1 Hits, musical genius, Ed Sheeran.
This event promises to be an unforgettable opportunity for music enthusiasts and philanthropists alike to support their cause while acquiring unique collectibles.
The highlight of the evening will undoubtedly be the chance to bid on the two iconic guitars autographed by Swift and Sheeran. They are a beautiful bright blue 38-inch guitar, authenticated and signed by Taylor Swift, and a black 38-inch guitar, authenticated and signed by Ed Sheeran. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to own a piece of music history while making a difference in the lives of children and families in need.
“We can’t put into words how incredibly grateful we are for the generosity of this supporter who has graciously donated these pieces to our Blue Ribbon Benefit,” said Dr. Sheryl Goodey, Executive Director of The Family Place. “These items are none like we’ve ever had before, and we are thrilled to see the impact this event will have on helping us fulfill our mission of strengthening families and protecting children.”
In addition to the signed guitars, the auction will feature an assortment of other valuable items, including signed and authenticated basketball jerseys from two Hall of Fame players: Magic Johnson and Larry Bird; a signed and authenticated mini helmet from San Francisco 49ers legends and hall of famers, Joe Montana and Jerry Rice; and, a Harry Potter Marauders Map authenticated and signed by Daniel Radcliffe himself.
Whether you’re a dedicated fan of Taylor Swift, sports legends, or simply passionate about strengthening families and protecting children, this auction promises something for everyone.
This is an in-person event, and items will only be available to those in attendance. Space is limited so people who are interested in attending need to grab their tickets before they sell out. Tickets can be purchased at thefamilyplaceutah.org.
The Family Place Utah, is a non-profit family support center with locations in Logan, Hyrum, and Smithfield while serving Cache, Rich, and Franklin counties.
They were recognized in 2022 and 2023 by Best of Northern Utah with two Gold Awards as Best Non-Profit Organization and Best Place to Volunteer.
The Family Place’s essential services include therapy, free family education classes, Kids Place emergency and respite care, and The Starfish Children’s Shelter.
