Lady Gaga is serving full Harley Quinn fantasy in new Joker 2 poster
The release date for the Joker: Folie à Deux trailer has now also been revealed.
We're so ready for Gaga's Harley Quinn era.
Joker: Folie à Deux, the upcoming DC film starring Joaquin Phoenix and Lady Gaga, has released a stunning first poster featuring the two actors in their villainous makeup.
"The world is a stage," the caption reads on the social media posts. "Trailer April 9."
Phoenix is reprising his role as the iconic Batman villain Arthur Fleck (a.k.a. The Joker) in the film, while Gaga is set to play Harley Quinn beside him. The film's general plot has yet to be revealed, but DC has confirmed that this Joker sequel will be a jukebox musical reportedly including 15 reinterpreted songs. The film's timeline is also unclear, though fans assume it'll pick up after the conclusion of Phoenix's 2019 hit film.

In the past, the actress has been spotted in her “Harley Quinn” costumes, including a white shirt with ruffles and a black and white diamond pattern, a fancy red blazer, a leather mini skirt, a bob, diamond-patterned tights, and lines painted through her eyes. Last year, a photo was also released depicting the Gotham Examiner with a smiling Harley Quinn with long hair on the front page with the headline "Crazy in Love."
Joker: Folie à Deux is scheduled to open on Oct. 4, 2024 in theaters.
