Are you ready for it? Taylor Swift The Eras Tour (Taylor’s Version) concert movie will be released exclusively on Disney Plus tonight, Thursday, March 14, at 9 p.m. Eastern. Swifties everywhere last October ran to their local theater to watch the movie on the big screen.
Well, now you can watch the concert movie in the comfort of your own home and dance like no one’s watching. And, this time, fans get to watch the exclusive Taylor’s Version cut of the concert film, which has four more songs that were not shown in theaters. There will also be an acoustic collection after the credits featuring four unseen performances, according to Disney+.
You can sign up for Disney+ starting at $7.99 with the basic plan with ads. Or you can go for Premium for $13.99 which provides ad-free streaming and downloads to watch while you’re on-the-go.
Disney+ also provides bundles to help you save. Remember you can switch or cancel any of these plans at any time:
Disney+ tweeted that Swift’s “Death by a Thousand Cuts” and “You Are In Love” will be two of the four additional acoustic songs in the film. Viewers will also be able to watch the unseen performance of “Cardigan” and “Maroon” in this version of the film.
Following the release of the movie in theaters in October 2023, the movie had surpassed $250 million, making it the highest-grossing concert film in box office history.
Swift will be back on the road performing in Paris from May 9 through May 12. Tickets for those concerts are available on Vivid Seats, StubHub and TicketCity. She will make her way back to the U.S. and Canada in late 2024 and will stop in Miami, New Orleans, Indianapolis, Toronto and Vancouver.
