The film had previously been available to rent on Amazon Prime Video for $19.89. Starting at 9 p.m. ET March 14, Swifties will just need a Disney+ subscription.
Swift has performed shows across the globe, but her Eras Tour film was recorded at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, in August 2023.
The Disney+ version of the film will also feature "Cardigan" and four other acoustic sets, part of the surprise song portion of Swift's concerts. As of Wednesday, March 13, two of the four surprise songs are known:
"Maroon."
"Death by a Thousand Cuts."
The theatrical version of the film ran for 2 hours, 45 minutes, and it was 3 hours long on Amazon Prime Video. So the Disney+ extended version will likely be a little over 3 hours.
A basic Disney+ subscription with ads cost $7.99 a month, while a premium, no-ad subscription is $13.99 per month. The streaming platform also has various bundle options with Hulu and ESPN+ that you can check out here.
