Joker 2: Todd Phillips gave the best Valentine's Day gift to Joker fans as they saw the first glimpse of Joker and Harley from the upcoming movie.
Joker 2: Joaquin Phoenix is all set to reprise his titular role of the ‘Joker’ from DC Comics in the highly-anticipated sequel of the 2019 film and this time he is joined by Lady Gaga who will portray Harleen Quinzel (Harley Quinn) in the upcoming movie directed by Todd Phillips. Phillips took to Instagram on Valentine’s Day and sharing stills from the movie wrote, “Hoping your day is full of love. 10.4.24”
One of the pictures shows Gaga gazing affectionately into Joaquin’s eyes while he returns a slight smile. In another shot, he is romantically dipping her on a terrace with a comic-style backdrop. The only coloured picture released by Todd features Gaga in blue while Joaquin wears his trademark suit.

Fans got joy on Valentine’s Day as they got a sneak peek of the movie and saw their favourite characters in a romantic avatar. Fans poured in their enthusiasm for the film in the comments section. A user on Instagram wrote, “When is the trailer coming?????”, adding to the excitement building around the movie. A comment by a user said, “SO READY FOR THE MOVIE OF THE YEAR” while another similar comment said, “I cannot tell you how excited I am for this movie.”
Joker: Folie à Deux will be released in theatres on October 4. Not much is known about the movie, but from the stills that have been released, it seems like it’s going to be a psychological thriller-musical that takes place in and around Arkham Asylum where Joker and Harley Quinn first meet. The movie’s supporting cast includes Zazie Beetz, Brendan Gleeson, Catherine Keener, Jacob Lofland, and Harry Lawtey. The highly anticipated release of Joker in 2019 was a major success, grossing over $1 billion worldwide. The film received 11 Oscar nominations, including Best Picture, and Joaquin Phoenix won Best Actor.
