Beyonce and Lady Gaga drop hint Telephone sequel is coming 14 years later – as fans spot ‘clues’ from Super… – The Sun

IT'S has been 14 years since Beyonce and Lady Gaga released their smash hit collaboration Telephone.
The end of the infamous music video with the graphic 'to be continued' promised a potential sequel.
Over the weekend both stars were active when it came to the Superbowl in Las Vegas.
Lady Gaga was in attendance, whilst Beyonce starred in a high-profile advert and she announced her Renaissance: Act II album.
The Run The World singer also dropped two new singles for her devoted followers to enjoy.
But fans of the pair are convinced that the pair might be hinting at a potential reunion.
The first clue related to the original famous video where Lady Gaga was booked into jail on February 11 at the start of the extended music film.
This was of course the same date of Super Bowl LVIII, for which both global artists were in attendance.
The second clue came in the form of mobile tech companies and connections to them.
In Telephone, Virgin Mobile was shown and this year Beyonce was whipped her fans into a frenzy after she starred in a Verizon commercial.
The Renaissance hitmaker also took to social media as she uploaded a clip of her driving through the dessert, a very similar shot to the dessert drive by the pair in the original music video.
In the third hint, Beyonce's latest single was a track called 'Texas Hold 'Em', which contains similar lyrics to Gaga's hit 'Poker Face.'
In the 2008 track, Gaga's first words were: "I wanna hold 'em like they do in Texas, please."
For the last clue, Lady Gaga took to her Instagram with a snap of her stadium view at the highly anticipated game.
She held two fingers in front of the camera, obstructing the view, which could be a possible reference to a sequel or part two of the video.
On the day, she also donned a jersey top which was emblazoned with the number '16', which fans think could be a reference to Beyonce's track '16 Carriages', which was released on Sunday.
This comes after Jay Z caused controversy at this year's Grammy Awards.
Their daughter Blue Ivy accompanied her dad, Jay-Z, onstage as he received the Dr Dre Global Impact Award at the 2024 ceremony.
Beyonce has won 32 Grammy Awards, the most of all time.
But her husband couldn't help but slam the recording academy as he said: "I don't want to embarrass this young lady, but she has more Grammy's than anyone and never won album of the year. So even by your own metrics, that doesn't work."
