Cardi B is denying TMZ‘s report that she and Offset are reportedly back together.
The site reads that sources close to the on-again/off-again couple told them that the rappers have allegedly made amends, with the Migos member promising to leave other women out of his life in order for the relationship to work. One of the reasons their relationship reportedly dissolved was an onslaught of cheating allegations against Offset.
“TMZ why ya be lying,” wrote Cardi in a now-deleted tweet, originally written this morning (Jan. 31). “I haven’t even been in Atl since Christmas.”
“Cardi’s returning to the Atlanta home they shared before the breakup,” writes TMZ of Cardi “moving back in.” “…We’re told one of the key factors was Offset changing his phone number, in order to show Cardi he’s serious about being honest and faithful… there’s a new, “no groupies” rule, which will be in full effect this weekend.”
The site reports that Offset’s new number is strictly for the “Money” MC and business calls. The “no groupie” rule will be strictly enforced this weekend, as Migos is set to perform at “Shaq’s Fun House” pre-Super Bowl event in Atlanta. Cardi is also preparing to hit the stage at a pre-game festivity: Jermaine Dupri’s “Super Bowl Live.”
Cardi posted a video late last year telling fans that she and Offset, who were married for one year and have a daughter together, were planning on splitting up. However, since the video, the two have been on a hot-and-heavy vacation together, and she posted a photo of him and their daughter on her Instagram story last week.
Looks like we won’t know for sure until Cardi or Offset confirm.
